Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Bakery Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the entire bakery retail operation independently , ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Open and close the retail outlet independently
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately
• Manage product display and restocking of bakery items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail space
• Take and manage customer orders (walk-in and online, if applicable)
• Handle cash, payments, and daily sales reconciliation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Ensure product freshness and compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in light food packing or preparation, if required
• Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers
