Bills Officer (Bank)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Process Inward and Outward Remittances, Fixed Deposit Transition, Trade Finance and Banker Guarantee Transactions
• Construct swift messages
• Prepare monthly reports to the Management / Head Office
• Attend to queries from customers / banks / staff of other departments on work related matters
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience may also apply
• Basic understanding of credit processes, loan operations or banking products
• Experience in processing remittance, fixed deposit, Trade Finance and bankers' guarantee is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player & ability to work with people from multi levels
