Roles & Responsibilities

Location : East (Near MRT station)

Salary Range : $4,000–$6,000 base + commission + sales incentives

Working hours : 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri )

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Creative Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships and winning business in the experiential and cultural space. If you’ve sold exhibitions, galleries, museums, events, or design & build solutions, this is your opportunity to step into the future of experiential sales — integrating interactive technology with creative design.

You’ll be a hunter, a storyteller, and a relationship builder who sees beyond the physical build and helps clients envision how digital innovation can elevate their projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brands, galleries, museums, exhibitions, cultural institutions, and experiential campaigns
  • Lead proposals and pitches, supported by in-house creative and tech teams
  • Sell integrated solutions that combine design, build, and interactive technology
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, turning initial wins into lasting partnerships
  • Oversee tender submissions for large-scale creative-tech projects
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and technologists to develop pitch-winning concepts
  • Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting → pitching → negotiation → handover

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales or business development experience in exhibitions, events, museums, galleries, or experiential / design & build agencies
  • Proven success in hunting and closing six- to seven-figure projects
  • Strong network across marketing, brand, cultural, and agency sectors
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills — able to inspire and excite clients
  • Competitive, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative sales environment
  • Passionate about how technology can enhance physical experiences
