Chief Financial Officer (Singapore / Remote)

We are now expanding in Singapore and looking for a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance, compliance, and regulatory efforts in the region.

Your responsibilities :

Oversee full accounting, payroll, reporting, and audits for ZEN.COM PTE.

Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to MAS under the Payment Services Act (PSA).

Own capital adequacy and safeguarding of customer funds processes.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and P&L management.

Manage relationships with MAS, auditors, banks, and external advisors.

Support ZEN’s global expansion in Asia.

What we expect :

Resident in Singapore , meeting MAS Fit & Proper criteria.

5+ years in fintech , including at least 3 years in Major Payment Institutions in Singapore .

Strong knowledge of PSA, MAS rules, capital adequacy, safeguarding, and AML / CFT.

Proven leadership in financial controls, governance, and risk management.
