Sales & Marketing Manager (FMCG – Health Supplements)
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on expanding our market share.
Main Functions & Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities, client needs and develop / implement effective sales strategies
- Develop efficient channel strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
- Regular business review with major channels (key accounts) and distributors
- Monitor sales progress to achieve monthly KPIs in terms of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Speed to Market.
- Lead the distributor to achieve business objectives to penetrate into new outlets within the assigned channel
- Work with Distributor to ensure healthy stock levels and address all stock matters in trade / warehouse
- Perform research to identify new potential customers and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Cultivating relationships with potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
- Manage short expiry inventory
- Work closely with Marketing to roll out promotional plans
- Manage marketing needs and budget to build company's brands
- Communicate in time with all Customers and Distributors on yearly events, promotions
- Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each project to develop sales plan
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a sales or marketing management role, preferably within the medical / healthcare industryStrong strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of delivering tangible resultsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in data analysis and using insights to inform business decisionsEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovationDegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceA team player and a motivational leaderBilingual in English and Mandarin will be a bonus (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients / counterparts)
