What a System Engineer Does in Titansoft

Support and maintain all aspects of the office IT infrastructure and application servers, including Physical servers, Private Cloud, Public Cloud
Maintain infrastructure of application environment, such as GCP, K8s and Hypervisor, AD, DNS, SMTP, Proxy, Load balancer, NTP, Linux Server, IaC tools, automation tools
Cooperate with software developers to deploy, troubleshooting Cloud applications
Apply operating systems updates, patches and configuration changes.
Perform routine audits of systems and software.
System performance monitoring
Able to do research and deploy system enhancements with minimal supervision.
Execute tasks assigned by direct supervisor including scheduled after hours on-call responsibility.

What we are looking for in a Senior System Engineer

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Information Management or related fields

CKA or Google License is preferred

2+ years experience in Linux server environment configuration and troubleshooting

Shell scripting (bash, Powershell) ability to automate administration jobs

Familiar with HTTP, TCP / IP and related trouble shooting experience

Enjoy collaborating ideas and works well with a Team

Maintain Active Directory and Group Policy

PC / Notebook and Server troubleshooting

Basic Networking skill

Familiar with Linux Server, Kubernetes, Nginx, HAproxy, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Hypervisor, Ansible, Jenkins

Fluent in Chinese to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts
