CSA / MEP PROJECT MANAGER (RELOCATION TO THAILAND)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned MEP / CSA Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects in Thailand. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work closely with international teams and Chinese counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling : Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for MEP and CSA scopes.
• Tendering & Procurement : Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and oversee vendor selection for MEP and CSA packages.
• Design Coordination : Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Construction Management : Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management : Liaise with internal teams, clients, and Chinese counterparts to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Budget & Cost Control : Track project costs, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handover & Commissioning : Ensure successful completion and handover of data center projects, meeting all operational requirements.
