Roles & Responsibilities

Theatre Service Crew

Working days & hours : 6 days , 8hrs (Rotate shift)
Operation Hours : 9am - 2am
Location : King Albert Park
Salary : $2500 - $2800 + OT

Job Scopes :

Sell tickets and concessions : Cinema service crew members must sell tickets and concessions to customers, such as popcorn and drinks.

Greet customers : They must greet customers and provide information about movies, showtimes, and other cinema services.

Clean and maintain the cinema : They must ensure that the cinema is clean and tidy at all times, including the lobby, restrooms, and theatre.

Assist customers : They must provide assistance to customers with special needs, such as wheelchair access or hearing-impaired devices.

Handle customer complaints : They must handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.

Perform basic projection duties : They may assist with the projection of movies, such as starting and stopping the film and adjusting the volume.

Handle cash transactions : They must handle cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of their shift.
