Roles & Responsibilities

• Produce Shop Drawings for Clients ­
• Design proposals 3D visuals / Presentation drawings / Autocad technical drawing for developments project to developers, ­ Preparation of detailed drawings, Construction documents ­
• Coordinate and handle design development, architectural CAD and drafting detailing
• Site visit and meeting to ensure works are properly executed as per design intent ­
• Coordination / Liaising with Architects, Project Managers, Main­con, Sub­con as well as clients or direct owners
• Ensure proper paperwork / documentation / drawings are in order ­
• AutoCAD Drafting
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s) : Chinese (to liaise with Chinese Associates), English
