We are currently partnering a leading conglomerate to recruit for a strategic Regional Head of Compliance to lead and enhance the compliance framework across the region.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving a culture of compliance, and partnering with senior stakeholders to manage risk effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the regional compliance function, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• Provide strategic compliance advice to senior management and business units
• Conduct internal investigations and oversee third-party due diligence processes
