Job Description
- Maintain and update statutory records of a portfolio of clients
- Incorporation of representative, branch office and private limited company, etc with ACRA
- Preparation of resolutions and annual general meeting documents
- Filing of annual returns and other documents
- Opening of bank accounts and other corporate secretarial and admin duties as assigned

ICSA graduate or Diploma graduate pursuing the ICSA courseMinimum 3 year relevant experience in corporate secretarial workCandidates without experience but are keen to embark on the profession as a career will be consideredGood communication and interpersonal skillsTell employers what skills you have
