Accounts Executive, $4,500 (Yio Chu Kang)

Location : Yio Chu Kang

Salary Range : $3,500 – $4,500

Job Responsibilities

Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.

Prepare financial reports, tax submissions, and audit schedules.

Monitor cash flow, control expenses, and ensure accurate cost entries.

Manage intercompany transactions and maintain proper financial records.

Support system upgrades and process improvements.

Work closely with HR, operations, and sales on financial matters.

Support project billing, costing, and other coordination tasks.

Guide junior accounting staff.

Handle ad hoc financial or administrative tasks.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in trading or engineering industries.

Good knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.

Proficient in ERP system and MS Office.

Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently with good communication skills.
