The Role

Surbana Jurong is currently seeking a diligent Compliance Manager to be accountable supporting the implementation of the Compliance Program across SJ Group. Ideally based in Singapore, you will support a global team in a dynamic organisation.

This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation and reporting for all aspects of the compliance program and initiatives, as well as delivering compliance training and communications.

Key Responsibilities will include :

• Drafting policies, procedures, guidance, training and communication materials;
• Designing, rolling out, implementing, and testing policies and procedures and various other activities and initiatives under our compliance program;
• Providing advice and guidance on the policies and procedures under our compliance program;
• Conducting integrity due diligence on our third party or external business partners;
• Conducting training;
• Conducting fact finding investigations; and
• Certification of our compliance program by external bodies.
