Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description (Key Responsibilities) :

• Responsible for the technical performance of projects assigned
• Assist the team leader to maintain and develop the Company’s client base by winning clients’ satisfaction and trust during the performance of assigned projects
• Assist in preparation of proposals for potential projects
• Assist the team leader and work closely with members within the Function Group in relation to the following activities :
• Project programming, implementation, review, monitoring and management
• Preparation of disciplinary system designs and reports
• Demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm to staff within the team and motivate those staff to achieve the performance expected of the Function Group
• Assist Function Group Leader, Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer, working closely with the regional management team and Sector Director, to broaden and strengthen AIS’ reputation
• Carry out duties and functions as directed by the Function Group Leader not specified above
