Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities : -
As a Lead Student Care Mentor, you will be working closely with children (7 - 12 years old) and make a positive difference in their lives. Your key responsibilities include :
- executing day to day operations in the centre
- ensuring safety and well-being of the children at all times
- providing guidance and supervising children in their school and other academic assignments
- coaching and testing children for their school spellings
- conducting in-house enrichment curriculum with quality
- building a positive and respectful relationship with children
- fostering good partnership with parents
- managing and guiding children to develop positive habits and mannerisms
- planning and organising holiday activities or special events for the children during school holidays
- planning and writing quality enrichment lessons
- other related duties as assigned by the Centre Supervisor or Manager
