Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from tracking headcount to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Work with schools and agencies on recruitment and outreach efforts.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary and performance matters.
- Advise staff on HR policies to support communication, engagement, and performance.
- Support staff engagement activities and take meeting minutes when required.
- Manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign hires.
- Assist with key HR activities such as performance reviews and declarations.
- Participate in HR system testing and process improvement projects.
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.If you are interested in the position, do kindly drop your most updated resume to kaileylee@recruitexpress.com.sg
