What We're

Looking For

5-6-day work week including

weekends and public

holidays

Minimum

1 year of experience in specialty

coffee or busy café operations, training provided

Willing to learn in espresso calibration, matcha

preparation, and equipment care

Able to work

well under pressure in a high-volume café

environment

Detail-oriented,

customer-focused, and team player mentality

Comfortable communicating in English with customers and

teammates

Passionate about coffee, matcha, and

delivering great customer experiences

with care and consistency

Keep the café clean, neat,

organized, and calm

Make every customer feel

welcome, heard, and taken care of

Maintain and

operate our coffee equipment with pride and attention-no broken

equipment on your watch!

Support and mentor

teammates with your skills-sharing is part of the

journey

Stay on top of inventory-restocking

and checking dates to keep things fresh

Work

closely with the team to keep everything flowing smoothly,

especially during the rush

Show up dependable,
