Roles & Responsibilities

Mon – Thur : 8.30am to 5.30pm Fri : 8.30am to 5.00pm

1 Dec 2025 to 8 May 2026

• Answer phone calls at Call Centre to assist students / parents, members of public with regards to :
• Online application for full-time and part-time courses
• Simple course advising on full-time and part-time courses (i.e. min. entry requirement for full-time and part-time courses, registration period, course fees, appeal process, vacancies available etc)
• Reply emails from public / parents / students
• Student matters (i.e. reset of password, bursary / financial assistance application / status, purchase of subsidized laptops, lockers, graduation, lost & found, certs collection, cert replacement etc)
• Any other queries (i.e. rental of facility, interns for company, parking etc)
• Other administrative duties include :
• PSEA form checking and sorting
• Preparing letters to be mailed out to students
• Certificates packing and distribution
• Able to assist outreach team on tour duty when needed
Requirements :
• Singaporean
• Diploma in any field
• Has some customer service experience at counter and / or call centre
• Able to use PCs and familiar with internet browsers such as Internet Explorer and / or Google Chrome
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
