Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handle day-to-day operational tasks including processing of submission of applications and approval of transactions.
2. Process & generate monthly Commission reports.
3. Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory submissions and audits.
4. Support Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and other due diligence processes.
5. Perform regular checks and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies or fraud.
6. Maintain operational manuals and ensure SOPs are up to date.
7. Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve and automate operational processes.
8. Customer Services and Coordinate with external service providers.
9. Maintain proper documentation of transactions and ensure secure data handling.
10. Computer operating knowledge and Microsoft office (Excel Essentials)
11. Any other related admin / operations tasks
