Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering. Specialist Diploma in BIM is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling with Autodesk Revit. Solid understanding of construction practices and building design drawings. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; additional experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3ds Max,and other BIM software is a plus (BIM / Revit / Navisworks). Ability to independently produce CSD / CBW drawings and coordinate Room Book detailswith other trades. Experience with Singapore hospital / medical facility projects is an advantage. Positive, collaborative mindset with a focus on solutions and teamwork.

Job Description :
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot challenges and deliver high-quality models ontime.
- Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards and workflows in line with companypolicies.
- Provide support to the Project Team by managing RFIs, creating presentations usingBIM models, and other related activities.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of documents generated through BIM modeling.
- Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and project-specific workflow criteria.
- Prepare and print drawings for production and participate in design and progressreviews.
- Develop presentation slides and BIM-related documentation.
- Oversee CSD / CBW / Room Book coordination among relevant parties.
- Identify and resolve M&E services clashes within the BIM model.
