About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative ICT Trainer to inspire and equip our primary school students with the foundational skills for digital fluency.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive ICT curriculum that empowers students to thrive in a technology-driven world and prepares them for the future.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Delivery and Instruction :
Teach a wide range of topics, including :
Digital Literacy & Citizenship : New media literacies, internet security, ethical research practices, and copyright awareness.
Technical Skills : Touch typing using school-provided software.
Creative Media : Basic photo editing, video creation (e.g., iMovie), and animation (e.g., Powtoon).
Computational Thinking : Coding and programming with platforms such as Scratch, Scratch Junior, and Micro : bit.
Productivity & Collaboration : Full suite of Google Workspace for Education (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Classroom) and web-based tools (Padlet, Kahoot, Mentimeter).
