Our Risk Services team helps clients to analyse, assess and address a wide range of risks by providing insights and assurance which is invaluable in today's high-risk business environment. We also work with our clients to build trust across their digital / technology-enabled businesses and address areas such as the loss or misuse of important data, failure to react to changes in the market, implementing and reviewing systems or business processes and ensuring third-party providers are working as expected in managing and controlling their existing and future financial regulatory risk.

Our service offerings include : Risk, Regulation & Compliance, Digital Trust, Data Analytics and Governance, Risk & Compliance.

You will be part of the regulatory risk and compliance team supporting financial services clients (including banks, insurance companies, capital markets services license holders, financial advisory firms and payments companies) in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Business development support, including involvement in proposals and pitches with financial services clients.
  • Support your managers in the development and implementation of regulatory framework, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop compliance monitoring plans, conduct compliance testing and propose recommendations to strengthen processes and controls on compliance with regulatory requirements and industry practices.
  • Work closely with the team and participate in regulatory compliance reviews and audits for financial services audit clients.
  • Collaborate with our digital services team to support the implementation of IT regulatory compliance solutions for clients.

Requirements :

  • Accountancy, Business or Finance students from local and overseas universities preferred.
  • Graduated in 2024 to 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions).
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
  • Candidates who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but will only receive their qualification / certification award in 2026 are welcome to apply.
  • Keen to develop themselves in the profession.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical, problem solving and writing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
