Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, wheel alignments, battery installations, headlight / taillight installations, vehicle spare parts.
• Interact with customers to obtain information about the problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
• Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical / electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
• Maintain workshop equipment and tools in good condition
• Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
• Provide professional advice for appropriate repairs, servicing, technical assistance and provide great customer service.
• Arrangement of inventory and stock take
