The Role
You will be based in Singapore and work closely with the founding team to lead the buildout and alignment of our global HR systems.
This is not a role about maintaining the old—it’s about shaping the new.

Responsibilities
- 9国统一人事制度(招聘、入离职、考勤、手册等)
- HRIS / HCM)上线与使用
- GM 协作招聘规划、人员配置与组织演进
- Build and unify HR standards and practices across 9 countries
- Drive implementation and optimization of HRIS / HCM systems
- Partner with local GMs on hiring, workforce planning, and org design
- Articulate company values and embed culture into daily operations
- Build training, development, and performance management systems
Requirements
10 年以上 HR 经验,具备区域或全球 HR 领导经验HR 合规及实操管理,尤其在亚洲地区10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior regional or global roleHands-on experience managing HR operations across multiple countries (especially in Asia)Strong foundation across systems, recruitment, development, performance, and cultureFluent in English and Mandarin; able to operate across diverse teamsPractical, calm, and impact-oriented—focused on outcomes, not opticsCollaborative leadership style—empowers systems more than claims powerWhat We Offer
