Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position : Sales Coordinator
  • Location : Sims Close
  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Design Agency

Main Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the backup point of contact between key account executives and clients, stepping in to assist clients when the primary contact is unavailable
  • Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing customer service
  • Coordinate meetings, submission , and site setup arrangements for key account executives
  • Liaise with relevant departments if required
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Minimum 'O' Level and 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
