• Manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Inspect work progress, materials, and craftsmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and site reports.
• Solve problems and address delays or emergencies efficiently.
