Roles & Responsibilities

To carry out routine daily / weekly / monthly inspections on building equipments and systems

To carry out front line troubleshooting / retification on equipment fault and electrical tripping

To attend to customers, tenants or occupiers feedback / complaints

To keep track of spares and stocks inventory

To check on term contractors' work

To prepare and submit M&E reports to building management

To supervise and lead site technicians for all M&E related issues.
