Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose :
Lead the regional Sales Support team, making sure Account Executives and partners get the operational support they need. Oversee team workflow, handle customer and partner requests, resolve issues, and prepare reports to help the sales team succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the regional Sales Support team.
- Be the main contact for sales support inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Respond quickly to requests and ensure issues are resolved or directed to the right people.
- Oversee the sales process, handle customer questions and complaints, and help move opportunities forward.
- Work closely with sales leaders and Account Executives, sharing important customer and partner information.
- Review sales opportunities, check contracts, and make sure all approvals are in place.
- Generate quotes and prepare order packages for completed deals.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time, and keep sales data updated.
- Support teamwork within the Sales Support team and collaborate with global colleagues.
- Help improve processes, create reports, and ensure everyone follows best practices.
- Onboard and train new team members and make sure new sales hires understand sales support processes.
