Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Learning & Development Administration :
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs, workshops, and employee development activities.
- Assist in managing training logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain training records, track participation, and prepare learning reports.
- Support HR processes such as orientation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help prepare post-training feedback reports and analytics.
- Assist in the development and rollout of training materials, e-learning modules, onboarding programs and communication content.
- Support the administration of HR systems and tools related to training and development.
HRIS Data Projects :
Support data cleansing, validation, and migration activities within the HRIS system.Assist with data validation, audits, and reporting activities using SuccessFactors and Power BISupport the creation and refinement of HR dashboards and reports for stakeholdersHelp document system processes, user guides, and training materialsParticipate in testing new system features and enhancementsCollaborate with the HRIS team on process improvements and HR tech initiativeObserve and learn how HR systems support core HR operations and decision-makingRequirements :
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.Interest in HR systems and data analytics.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Tell employers what skills you have
