The Talent
Diploma in Estate Management, Building, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracyAble to work independently and in teams, manage deadlines, and adapt in fast-paced environmentsGood communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantageJOB DESCRIPTION
Support leasing administrative tasks and ensure lease documentation is accuratePrepare and monitor lease documents such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License AgreementsMaintain and update the lease database, ensuring timely and correct data entryLiaise with tenants, lawyers, and stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation, and complianceCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents using standard real estate practicesNext Step
