Are You The One?
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Compliance Manager with a background in FinTech or payments and at least one year of crypto compliance experience. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, independent, and capable of managing the various aspects of regulatory compliance, from conducting risk assessments to advising business teams and engaging with regulators.
Key Responsibilities :
Compliance Program Execution :
- Execute current compliance monitoring and governance program. Participate in complianc risk assessments, reporting, reviews, testing, and provide compliance comments / advisory. This includes doing AML risk assessment, i.e. assess AML / CFT risks i.e. country, customer, product, regulatory, etc.
- Execute the Compliance Programs for the global markets including AML / CFT Sanctions and Data Protection Policy, Anti-Corruption & Bribery Policy, Risk Management Policy, Business Continuity Plan, Legal Policy, Entertainment and Gifts Register, etc.
Policy and Procedure Management :
Review and update compliance procedures and related documents in reflecting latest rules and regulations, industry best practices, and changes to MAS regulations, data protection (including but not limited to PDPA) laws, etc.Regulatory Engagement :
Coordinate all MAS matters, including coordination in regulatory inspections, preparing regulatory reports, and handling regulatory inquiries, attending to external audit, compiling Suspicious Transaction Reports (“STRs”), etc.Business Support :
in keeping track of key regulatory changes and work with internal stakeholders to advise relevant business divisions on the impact on businesses.Provide compliance advisory to the Commercial Team on MatchMove products and business propositionsManage and maintain compliance relationships with MatchMove’s business partners.Partner and Training Management :
Conduct regular and timely compliance training for all staff in accordance with local regulation.Operational Tasks :
Perform client onboarding (Individual and corporate) and transactions monitoring.Perform other compliance related matters as when required.Requirements :
At least 3 to 6 years’ experience in compliance or risk. Prior experience in the FinTech / Payment industry preferred.At least 1 year of Crypto Compliance experiencePrior experience in engaging the financial regulator(s) such as MAS and other Government agencies will be a plus but not essential.Able to influence and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders.Skilled at multi-tasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.Tech-savvy, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.Able to think creatively and propose solutions from different perspectives.MatchMove Culture :
