We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle general office duties including answering phone calls, emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements :
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant roleProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsTell employers what skills you have
