Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an Office & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and accounting tasks. You will handle supplier payments, client billing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, while ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash
- Prepare client cost estimates and issue invoices
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online (AP, AR, expenses)
- Handle monthly bank reconciliations and assist in basic financial reporting
- Support HR administration such as leave records and staff claims
- Maintain proper filing of contracts, receipts, and office records
- Liaise with external accountant / auditor when required
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Business, or equivalent2–3 years of experience in office admin and / or accounts supportProficiency in QuickBooks OnlineStrong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)High attention to detail and organisational skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksGood communication and interpersonal skillsBonus : Familiarity with government grants and claim submissionsTell employers what skills you have
