Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Min 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations settlement
  • Experience with Continuous Linked Settlements (CLS)
  • Relevant settlement experience in a banking environment
  • Good processing knowledge of financia products : FX, FX Option, Swap, Equity, Funds, Bonds, Notes, Structured products
  • Relevant exeprience in Banking systems (eg Murex, FCC, PB system, Swift, MEPS+, SGTR system)
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Good abililty to provide guidance to team members and monitor team members’ performance
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of related regulations, Anti Money Lanudering & Terrorist Financing, Customer Data Protection and Operational Risk Issues
  • Singaporeans only

What you'll be doing on the job

  • Provide back office support and service on private banking and treasury operations
  • Provide back office support to Treasury and Private banking projects, UAT Testing and system enhancement
  • Provide back office support to Treasury and Private banking on new business and new products
  • Provide back office support for branch business
  • Assist to set up process and risk control for transactions, settlements, confirmation, statements, Corporate Actions and other routine jobs
  • Assist to check and verify transactions, settlements, confirmation, statements, Corporate Actions and other routine jobs
  • Assist to check and prepare periodical reports and ad-hoc reports if required
  • Ensure that internal rules and procedures are adhered to and in strict compliance with the regulatory rules
  • Set up risk monitoring mechanism to prevent unnecessary audit findings
  • Supervise and monitor performance of department staffs and provide guidance and training or HOD
  • Attend training to enhance knowledge and banking skill
