Job Position : Production Assistant Manager
Monthly Salary : From $3,300 onwards
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust operations to meet targets efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support and train production staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
- Work with the maintenance team to resolve machinery or equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports for management review.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Coordinate with other departments such as quality control, procurement, and logistics.
