Finance Executive (A&P) (9 Months Contract) #NKC - RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and control A&P expense budgets and ensure accurate usage within approved limits.
• Verify sales rebates and A&P expense calculations.
• Prepare A&P analysis reports and provide guidance on accounting treatment.
• Perform monthly closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of statutory and management financial reports.
• Analyze actual expenses versus budget / forecast and provide insights.
• Maintain cost and profit centre structures, execute allocations, and ensure accurate expense distribution.
• Liaise with departments for budget and forecast data; prepare and analyze BP / FC reports.
• Support process improvements and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
