Lift Engineer (Maintenance)
- Location : Kaki Bukit / Ubi (Office-based with regular site visits)
- Salary : Up to S$4,500 / month (base salary, commensurate with experience) + AWS (13th Month) + Performance Bonus
- Employment : Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours : Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee daily lift and escalator maintenance operations across assigned sites.Lead and guide service teams to minimize breakdowns and ensure safe, reliable performance.Monitor quality, environmental, and safety compliance according to company and regulatory standards.Review call-back rates and “sick units,” implementing corrective and preventive measures to improve system reliability.Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients to ensure maintenance standards and service expectations are met.Handle customer feedback and service issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.Coordinate with Sales and Project teams to identify and follow up on repair or modernization opportunities.Perform cost tracking and analysis to ensure maintenance efficiency and profitability.Support staff development through coaching, motivation, and performance appraisals.Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years of experience in lift and escalator maintenance or service operations.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with local lift regulations and safety codes.Experience in analyzing service data and implementing performance improvement plans.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Benefits :
