Job descriptionDegree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance management role. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Xero accounting software will be an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in managing inventory records and related documentation.
- Support external audit and tax filing processes (including Corporate Tax and GST).
- Contribute to improving financial workflows and enhancing efficiency in reporting and account management.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.
