Roles & Responsibilities

  • Basic salary from $2200 to $2600 + commission
  • Working hours - 5 days work week, 44 hours per week
  • AWS

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution (e.g. promotions, events).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist in daily store operations including stock upkeep, transfers, and floor changes.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, sophistication, and approachability.

    • Requirements :

  • At least 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury.
  • Passion for the brand with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work long standing hours and in a departmental store setting.
  • Professional appearance and positive team player.
