We are a dynamic and fast-growing Recruitment and Manpower Staffing Specialist. We are committed to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven work environment and we are seeking dedicated and highly organized Operations Specialists (Recruitment) to join our team and thrive with us.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to understand the manpower requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new joiners.
Operations Management :
Support day-to-day operations by ensuring the smooth flow of processes and systems.Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.Managing and following up on daily deployment of manpower to client sites and activating contingency plan.Maintain accurate records in data entry and track recruitment metrics.Team Collaboration :
Work closely with management to support development, retention, and satisfaction.Provide operational insights and data to assist leadership in decision-making.Contribute to the creation and execution of training programs to improve team performance.Client Management & Business Development :
Anticipate client needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Reach out and maintain contact with potential clients.Qualifications :
Prior relevant experience will be advantageous but not necessary.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially with MS Excel is a plus.A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.If you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment, we look forward to hearing from you!
