Roles & Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the company's global recruitment, including Key Position in the United States, Brazil, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Turkey, France, Finland, and other countries
• Fully responsible for the recruitment process, including job analysis, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, making hiring decisions, and handling onboarding procedures
• Establish and maintain an international talent pool for talent reserve and succession planning.
• Analyze global recruitment market trends and continuously optimize recruitment channels and methods
• Collaborate with international recruitment agencies and headhunters to find top talent
• Regularly report recruitment progress and market trends to company management
