As a Sales Manager / Sales Assistant Manager, you will support the client who wants to invest Japanese property such as Building and Hotel
What you will be doing 】
- Initiate contact with dormant clients and recent real estate buyers to understand their investment objectives.
- Identify potential clients who reside in Singapore or manage funds on behalf of affluent individuals.
- Collaborate with the Japanese team to coordinate property tours and provide comprehensive assistance to visiting clients.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients, guiding them through our diverse real estate offerings.
- Scout for opportunities to connect with property owners interested in selling their real estate assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed insights to clients.
