Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose :

The Curtain Wall QA / QC Supervisor oversees all quality assurance and quality control activities on curtain wall projects, ensuring that work meets project specifications, standards, and client expectations. The role involves supervising QA / QC inspectors, implementing quality plans, conducting audits, reviewing drawings, and resolving quality issues in compliance with MOM and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, supervise, and mentor QA / QC Inspectors to ensure consistent quality practices on-site.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to inspectors and other team members.
• Resolve site quality issues promptly, maintaining compliance with project standards.
• Develop and implement project-specific QA / QC plans outlining quality control procedures.
• Create inspection checklists to standardize inspection processes.
• Ensure all QA / QC activities align with project requirements, client expectations, and approved specifications.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable codes to ensure work compliance.Conduct regular quality audits to assess work performance and identify potential issues.
• Perform detailed inspections of curtain wall components and installation to ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensure non-conformances are documented and addressed promptly.
• Participate in weekly project meetings to provide updates on quality status and site issues.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding quality matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, audits, and corrective actions.
• Verify compliance with safety standards during curtain wall installation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness among all personnel on-site.
