Key Responsibilities :

• Lead & support retail staff daily
• Train new team members & develop skills
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Manage store opening / closing & maintain standards
• Monitor stock & coordinate with inventory team
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Support Store Manager to hit sales targets

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in retail / business a plus)
• Retail experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Customer-focused, proactive & organized
• Flexible for weekends & public holidays

Familiar with POS systems & retail software

• Up to $3,000 / month + Supervisor Commission

Working Hours : Full-Time

• AMK & CS : 5-Day (11 : 00 AM–9 : 00 PM, 2-hr break) / 6-Day option available
• Bedok : 5-Day (8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM, 1-hr break) / 6-Day option available

Part-Time

• $10 / hour, $12 / hour on public holidays

Minimum 3 days / week
