Job descriptionMonthly budget planning for department Tenancy and contract negotiations A&P planning with individual brands. Execution of marketing plans and campaigns. Setting KPI for department Reviewing buying processes and approval for product mix for individual brands Staff management with individual brands Liaising with suppliers (local and international) Ensure that safety of department’s operations and welfare for both internal and external stakeholder are considered Brand identity, brand positioning and USP development Brand sourcing and brand development to ensure department stays ahead of competition Working with team on redesigning of company’s operational procedures . Possess at least a Diploma. Min 2 years of working experience in the retail environment and management Retail Operational and Merchandising Experience is a must. Possess leadership skill and able to give trainings and coaching to staffs for sales purpose. Ensure the sales floor and retail operations of the store are in comply with companies’ policies and procedures
Roles & Responsibilities
- Salary range up to $5000 + AWS + Variable bonuses
- Good Experience in Merchandising and Operations.
- Experience handling a large inventory of brands
- 5 days’ work week inclusive of weekends
- Town area (Walking distance from MRT)
