About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager (Applications Services) to support a government statutory board in managing and governing its enterprise applications.

The role focuses on project and contract management, procurement governance, billing operations, risk assessment, and compliance. You will partner with business users, solution architects, and vendors to deliver ICT solutions that meet business needs, comply with government policies, and are delivered within cost, scope, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern ICT application contracts, budgets, compliance, reporting, and billing.
• Draft / review tender specifications and evaluate proposals from vendors.
• Execute ICT procurement processes in accordance with government policies.
• Manage billing governance : month / year-end closing, vendor disputes, and billing frameworks.
• Track project schedules, costs, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead vendor onboarding / offboarding and ensure contractual compliance.
• Prepare business cases, budgets, and contract renewals.
• Partner with business units to provide billing and project support.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure ICT solutions adhere to IT management policies and security guidelines.
