Key Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring all guests receive prompt and friendly service
- Managing and training a team of waiters and bartenders, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing to the highest standard
- Responding to customer complaints and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner
Ensuring that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and properly set up at all times
Managing the inventory and ordering supplies as neededAssisting the manager in implementing new initiatives and driving sales growthRequirements :
1+ years of experience in a supervisor role in a busy restaurant environmentExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a teamAbility to work well under pressure, with excellent time-management skills in a fast-paced restaurant environmentAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks, with strong attention to detailStrong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe restaurantBenefits For Confirmed Staff :
