Job descriptionSupport the development and management of country-level KPIs and performance monitoring systems Gather, consolidate, and analyze operational data from APAC countries Define and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable insights from operational data Create strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) leaders Assist with regional performance reviews, planning cycles, and initiatives to improve business systems Contribute to or lead cross‑functional projects focused on operational efficiency and regional alignment
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning is preferable.
