Roles & Responsibilities

Drafter cum BIM Modeller (Electrical Trade)

Address : Ang Mo Kio Tech 1 [ Few Bus Stop from AMK MRT ]

5.5 Days - 44 Hours Per Week

Basic Salary : $3,500 - $4,500 + Variable Bonus

About the Role

Responsible for developing electrical shop drawings, coordinating BIM models, and ensuring all documentation aligns with project and regulatory standards, plays a key role in the successful delivery of building and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Diploma certification in Electrical Engineering , Building Services , or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting and BIM modelling experience in the electrical or M&E construction industry .
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP .
• Knowledge of Singapore construction codes and standards .

Key Responsibilities

Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documents for systems such as : Lighting & Power

Single-Line Diagrams (SLD)

Lightning Protection Systems (LPS)

Underground Piping

ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, Card Access, EVC)
