Science Lab Assistant (Bukit Panjang)

Duties:

• Manage 2 Science labs (stock, label/store equipment, ensure safety and working condition)

• Conduct stock takes and keep labs/Maker space clean and tidy

• Support teachers in setting up/clearing experiments and practical lessons

• Assist in school aquaponics/hydroponics and Blooming Garden (monitoring, plant care, harvesting, packing/distribution)

• Support school-wide Science/STEM programmes and learning journeys

Requirements:

• Organised, meticulous, able to multi-task and work well in a team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a school laboratory preferred

• Proficient in MS Office preferred

• Interest/basic knowledge in plant care and outdoor learning activities

11 months contract (Immediate)

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.30 a.m. to 2 p.m., inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays
